Backorder
Backorders are items that are temporarily out of stock. If any items are on backorder, we will notify you before processing your order. We will try to avail the product at the earliest or represent you with the available that we have to your requirement. Since we are prebilling backorders you will not be charged additional shipping at the time of backorder release.

Shipping and Handling
Once your payment is approved, your order will ship within the next two business days. We use world-class air-cargo services to ship bulk orders (above 100 KGs) and for smaller packages we use UPS or DHL 5 Days Worldwide Express service. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for the package to arrive at your end. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping address' zone.
